Timeless Luxury Group AG is a Swiss based company focusing on building and renting luxury holiday villas, resorts and yachts. We also offer our guests high-quality consumer products such as wine, spirits and cigars under the TIMELESS brand.

Our investors are entitled to receive 40% of the earnings before taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBTDA“) per annum from the business segments Timeless Hideaways and Timeless Resorts. Additionally investors get 10% of all revenues of the other three divisions Timeless Yachts, Timeless Selection and the planned global franchise concept. The dividends will be paid out in US dollars. As a bonus, holders of at least 1,000 TMLS will receive a discount of 20% on bookings of Timeless Hideaways or Timeless Resorts.

The offering, which is carried out in cooperation with TriPoint Global Equities, LLC, a United States registered broker dealer, is the first fully compliant offering in the United States to use an SEC registered transfer agent for the issuance and custody of digital securities.

BUSINESS AREAS

1. TIMELESS HIDEAWAYS
Development, operation and rental of luxury chalets and villas in picturesque locations that combine luxury, comfort and functionality into a unique experience.

2. TIMELESS RESORTS
Transfer of the Hideaways concept to resorts while retaining the high-quality brand concept. Timeless plans to build its first resort in Austria near Kitzbühel and therefore signed a contract to purchase 38,000 sqm plot of land and a term sheet with one of largest hotel chains in the world to operate the planned resort.

3. TIMELESS YACHTS & TIMELESS SELECTION
Leverages TIMELESS to expand and round-off the high-quality brand with additional products like TIMELESS YACHTS (Yacht named “Ocean Club“ available for charter on Mallorca, Spain) and TIMELESS SELECTION (provides high-quality spirits, wines and cigars).
